Lilly Asian Ventures makes venture capital investments in Asia for Eli Lilly and Company, a global innovation-driven pharmaceutical company. Lilly Asian Ventures invests in promising life science and healthcare companies with strong management teams and innovative technology and/or business models. Our initial focus will be primarily on opportunities in China, although we will consider investment opportunities elsewhere in east and south Asia.

Investment Focus

Lilly Asian Ventures is looking for promising life science companies with strong management teams and innovative technology and/or business models. We will invest in companies with a global orientation as well as companies that can be leaders in the Chinese market. We invest in companies at various stages of development from start-up to commercialization in life-science sectors such as biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics (especially where linked with a therapeutic), and healthcare services.
